Tapi seorang bocah usia 4 tahun diduga tertular PMS setelah memakan
kondom bekas yang dibuang sembarangan di kamar hotel.
Kejadian nahas menimpa seorang bocah laki-laki asal Georgia yang tidak
disebutkan identitasnya. Rencana berakhir pekan bersama keluarga
berubah menjadi pengalaman mengerikan karena tragedi kondom bekas di
kamar hotel yang dimasukkan ke dalam mulutnya.
Insiden mengerikan itu terjadi pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2010 di hotel
Wyndham Garden di pusat kota Atlanta, ketika keluarga bocah malang
tersebut sedang menghabiskan waktu liburan.
"Kami ingin melakukan sesuatu selama akhir pekan sebelum anak-anak
mulai masuk sekolah," ujar nenek bocah, seperti dilansir dari
/Myfoxdfw/, Senin (30/8/2010).
Menurut nenek bocah tersebut, setelah seharian penuh ia dan
cucu-cucunya bermain di taman pada tanggal 31 Juli, seluruh anggota
keluarga merasa kelelahan dan kembali ke hotel.
Sang nenek menjelaskan di kamar 329, tempat ia dan cucunya menginap,
tampak ruangan yang sangat bersih kecuali tidak ada sabun dan tidak
ada handuk.
Tapi keesokan harinya, ia mengaku terbangun dengan terkejut karena
melihat adegan yang sangat mengerikan terjadi pada cucunya.
"Ketika melihat cucu saya, saya menemukan kondom ada di lidah dan
tenggorokannya. Dan ada air mani di dalam kondom itu," ungkap si
nenek.
Ia kemudian segera mengeluarkan kondom dari mulut cucunya dan
memanggil pihak manajemen hotel. Diduga bocah tersebut menemukan
kondom bekas yang dibuang sembarangan di kamar hotel dan menganggapnya
sebagai balon.
Tapi setelah beberapa hari kemudian, bocah malang tersebut mengalami
demam. "Saat itulah saya melihat ada luka melepuh di mulut, bagian
dalam bibir bawah dan lidahnya," jelas nenek.
Bocah tersebut kini tengah mengalami pemeriksaan untuk
mengidentifikasikan PMS dan HIV. Keluarga bocah tersebut sedang
menunggu hasil pemeriksaan sebelum memutuskan bagaimana tindakan
selanjutnya
