Tiga Jenis SPT Masa PPN Mulai Tahun 2011 Sehubungan dengan telah diterbitkannya Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Pajak Nomor PER-44/PJ/2010 tentang Bentuk, Isi, dan Tata Cara Pengisian serta Penyampaian Surat Pemberitahuan Masa Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (SPT Masa PPN), dan diatur juga dalam SE-98/PJ/2010 maka mulai 1 Januari 2011 atau mulai SPT Masa PPN untuk Masa Januari 2011 akan dikenai 3 (tiga) jenis SPT Masa PPN, yaitu : 1. SPT Masa PPN 1111 2. SPT Masa PPN 1111 DM 3. SPT Masa PPN 1107 PUT Peruntukan masing-masing SPT Masa PPN tersebut adalah : SPT Masa PPN 1111, yang digunakan oleh PKP yang menggunakan mekanisme Pajak Masukan dan Pajak Keluaran (Normal). Petuntuk pengisian SPT Masa PPN 1111 dan bentuk formulirnya dapat dilihat di lampiran PER-44/PJ/2010 tentang Bentuk, Isi, dan Tata Cara Pengisian serta Penyampaian Surat Pemberitahuan Masa Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (SPT Masa PPN). SPT Masa PPN 1111 DM, yang digunakan oleh PKP yangmenggunakan Pedoman Penghitungan Pengkreditan Pajak Masukan; Petuntuk pengisian SPT Masa PPN 1111 DM dan bentuk formulirnya dapat dilihat di lampiran PER-45/PJ/2010 tentang Bentuk, Isi, dan Tata Cara Pengisian serta Penyampaian Surat Pemberitahuan Masa Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (SPT Masa PPN) Bagi PKP yang menggunakan Pedoman Penghitungan Pengkreditan Pajak Masukan.
