Rul syarat bikin form d di dept. perdagangan adalah:
1. SKA = Surat Keterangan Asal
2. B/L or Airwaybill = Surat pengapalan/penerbangan
3. Strukture biaya produksi dari produk itu sendiri
4. PEB + NPE = Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang + Nota Pelayanan Ekspor
5. Invoice + Packing List.
Mungkin yang laen bisa pada bantu...
