Tried to compile other native extensions without success. It's clearly a Python bug with 10.7.3 and the new way Xcode handle things inside it's own "sandbox". We no longer have /Developer/... everything lies inside Xcode.app/ dir.
I'll try to report this to Py3k team ASAP. Also I'm trying one last test... building Python from the ground with my existing Xcode setup to see if it links correctly with the libs available. XCode 4.3 is installed.
