This is like saying, for example it's late fall in the northern latitudes and 
it's 50 °F and you say to your friend "It's warm today." He says, "Agreed."

Then it's mid-summer and it's 50 °F and you say to your friend "It's warm 
today." He says, "Disagreed. Why did you say that?" And you say "Fall is the 
protected category."
