Basically AGI is all about frequency used for prediction/deciding the future, because all data is is just unique symbols with other unique symbols seen near them, and the frequency of a letter or word or phrase allows for a dataset to have patterns, and even translation hidden inside it, all because of frequency. Pattern mining. Else a text would be completely random of no re-occurrence found. No hints, no help, no past, no context, unseen question with truly unseen answer.
And AGI is all about reward on nodes to steer the prediction to the path it wants. Local sub goals are along the way.
