An AGI can learn to decompress data where the compressor is unknown or
partially known to it. IMO a conscious AGI can learn to decompress more
efficiently data that was compressed by another similarly conscious entity.
Compression and consciousness effect communication protocol. IOW compressed
data is meant to be transmitted and consciousness can improve efficiency. This
can be expressed mathematically using Yao’s Communication Complexity comparing
conscious Alice and Bob characters to non-conscious ones... Consciousness may
effect non-deterministic communication complexity as an oracle, i.e. imagine
conscious birds chirping simple information amongst themselves with other
animals present and listening in a forest.
