Hi, So with the recent OpenAI announcement got me thinking about how StrongAI is really about gluing a bunch of Narrow AI's (flesh/organs) into a nice skeleton. I stumbled across it's Wikipedia page which features some protocols https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artificial_intelligence_systems_integration
Currently it seems the only thing specifically for Inter-AI communications available is OpenAIR protocol which is a now unmaintained XML standard first (and last) released around 2005 http://skemman.is/stream/get/1946/7338/19629/1/RUTR-CS07005.pdf While obviously I think SPEL or the Lank core-language will be great for the task, I'm wondering what other options you may be aware of. Does OpenCog have any kind of inter-AI communication system?
