If you mean that Novamente is not (yet) a human-level AGI, you are right. If you mean that we have not yet implemented the entire theoretical Novamente design, you are also right. However, there is a working Novamente software system, which carries out some useful AI functions and is used inside a couple deployed commercial software systems: the ArrayGenius (see www.biomind.com) product for microarray data analysis and the INLINK product for interactive NL knowledge entry.
