I think we underestimate the intelligence of many non-human animals and overestimate the intelligence of single humans. I do not know any single human who can build an airplane like the airbus. Only a group of experts can do this and even only with a certain set of tools including computers. On the other hand it seems that we are still lightyears away to build a robot which can do thinks a cat can do for example. The goal to catch a bird or a mouse with a body of a cat in a real-world environment is a complex goal. ------------------------------------------- agi Archives: http://www.listbox.com/member/archive/303/=now RSS Feed: http://www.listbox.com/member/archive/rss/303/ Modify Your Subscription: http://www.listbox.com/member/?member_id=8660244&id_secret=106510220-47b225 Powered by Listbox: http://www.listbox.com
