It seems to be a bug that you are experiencing. Can you please provide a more detailed description, e.g. the "System Information" listed on the "About Trac" page of your installation once you have logged into trac as an administrator. Furthermore, I'd need to know which browser you are experiencing this issue in and a screen shot of the error message would be helpful.
