If you don't see view/edit tabs, this is probably because Agilo is not
installed correctly.
Please enable debug logging and check for any lines mentioning
'skipping' which indicate that some components are not loaded.
Also you can give more information by go to 'About Trac' and copying the
table of versions to the group.
Btw: Please don't write to us directly – often individuals are not
available for some time so it might take a while until you get a
qualified answer. Writing to the group (or our internal support address
for Agilo Pro customers) will ensure that you get a timely answer.
