I cause all rules, as well as everything that has ever been a rule but
has never been an asset, to become Monster-related cases that require
Monsters. No rule states that this is impossible, or that it's
illegal, or that it sometimes CAN or MAY be done, and this does not
modify information for which some player is required to be a
recordkeepor (I'm not modifying assets or who they belong to, and
these are the only things with recordkeepors), and I doubt that any
judicial finding has determined that it is regulated. Therefore, this
is not regulated; therefore, rule 101 says I have the right to do it;
therefore, I have done it.
The CotC is now obligated to keep track of the status of everything
that has ever been a rule but has never been an asset. Presumably, the
status of an entity that has been a rule includes whether it's still a
rule or not, not to mention the fact that it exists.
I submit a proposal, titled "Isn't that just silly?", with an adoption
index of 3:
{In rule 101, remove "ii. Every player has the right to perform an
action which is not regulated." and subtract 1 from the number of each
following element of the list. Replace the text of rule 2125 with "It
is impossible to take any action unless a rule states that it CAN or
MAY be taken, or the rules do not have the power to prevent it."}
