Text of Contract:
{
1. This is a Public Contract named the Points Relay Service (PRS). Any
player may join or leave this contract by announcement. Parties to
this contract are known as Awardees.
2. Any player may amend this contract without three objections.
3. Any player may add or remove a contract from the Members list
without 3 objections. A contract appearing on the Members list is
known as a Member Contract.
4. Points Vouchers (PV) are a currency whose recordkeeper is the
contestmaster of this contract.
5. Whenever a Member Contract would award points to a person but is
unable to do so a number of PV equal to the number of points that
would have been awarded are created in the possession of that person.
6. At any time and Awardee may request a cash-out of some or all of
their PV by announcement. As soon as possible after an Awardee
requests cash-out the contestmaster of this contract shall destroy a
number of PV in that Awardee's possession equal to the lesser of the
amount requested in the cash-out request or the amount of points this
contract can award this week. For each PV destroyed this way the
contestmaster shall award that Awardee 1 point.
7. Whenever a player wins by points all PV are destroyed.
