I really hope I'm not jumping the gun but this is such a straightforward win. I award the title Champion to ais523. I award the title Minister without Portfolio to ais523. And now the court issue (naturally) ais523 already holds one instance of MwoP. I think I can award multiple instances, but I'm not 100% sure of how this interacts with 1922(e). Meanwhile, I CFJ on the following criminal case: Pikhq has violated 2019 by failing to assign prerogatives for August 2008 in a timely fashion before August 1. Arguments: I seriously recommend exile here. Pikhq activated emself and nearly a month ago offered to make the assignments, and eir failure to do so despite clear acknolwedgement of being informed has blockaded prerogatives due to eir inactivity.
