RFC 12: "Every player has a number of AP, which is initially 7 and
never more than 7. Every midnight UTC, every player gets an AP, unless
this would put them above 7 AP. Subgame actions generally require a
certain number of AP to perform."

I take the following action within the Subgame: I cause the Big Bang,
for 1 AP. Justification for the low AP: There isn't a universe yet, so
creating the universe is the only thing that can be done, so it can
have an AP of 1 while still being the action with the highest AP cost.

RFC 13: "Actions within the Subgame should take place in chronological
order, but don't need to. Actions taken later in the real world should
not affect the results of actions taken earlier. (See 'Novikov
self-consistency principle'.)"
