CoE: ais523 CANNOT act on behalf of the Mad Scientist to deputize for the IADoP resolve this Agoran Decision, because the IADoP was not required to resolve this decision at the time the deputization was attempted. The decision was already resolved earlier, and while a CFJ is challenging the validity of one vote in the election, the results would not be changed by any outcome of that CFJ.
