I agree to the following contract:

The name of this contract is the Portfolio Management Agreement.
If the Treasurer and the RBoA are both members of this contract, the
Treasurer CAN act on behalf of the RBoA to deposit and or withdraw
currencies from the PBA. E SHALL attempt to do so in a manner which
increases the equity of the RBoA.
The Treasurer and the RBOA CAN become party to this contract by
announcement. Any party CAN leave this contract by announcement. Any
party CAN amend this contract with the consent of the RBoA.
