For simply the sake of relaxed recordkeeping on both our parts, I

NOTE: With the new Portfolio Management Agreement, the RBOA can still
spend its coins to participate in the PBA to deposit/withdraw at the
advantage of the Bankers, but this eliminates all transactions that
would apply to both banks at the same time.
