CoE: By my count, the eligible voters on these proposals were Bayes, BobTHJ, Murphy, OscarMeyr, ais523, Wooble, Taral, 0x44, gavin, root, Billy Pilgrim, comex, Dvorak, ehird, Elysion, oklopol, Pavitra, Sgeo, Sir Toby, Warrigal, woggle, Zefram, the AFO, and the PNP. That's 24, so quorum was 8, not 7. I don't think this would invalidate the resolution of Proposal 5956, however. -root
