Cause the RBoA to initiate an equity case regarding the Portfolio
Management Agreement, the parties to which are the RBoA and BobTHJ,
alleging that BobTHJ is in breach of the agreement as e has not acted
on behalf of the RBoA to deposit and or withdraw currencies from the
PBA in a manner which increases the equity of the RBoA.
