I assign myself as the judge of these CFJs 2384-2385.  I judge as follows:

2384:  By the precedent of CFJ 2376, the Proposal was altered to contain
the deregistrational conditional, and there's nothing against conditional
deregistration.  TRUE.

2385:  FALSE, as by CFJ 2384, the Caller's conditional (1) is FALSE.


2386 is really the crux of it.  Wooble, do you want it now that I've 
delivered CFJ 2376, or should I?
