==============================  CFJ 2630  ==============================
    There is an election for Janitor in its nomination period.

Judgement:

coppro announced eir intent to initiate the election "without support".
This runs afoul of R1728/24's requirement: "unambiguously and clearly
specifying the action and method(s) (including the value of N for each
method)." 'The Unambiguously and clearly' standard was specifically
designed to be a high standard so that persons couldn't try to fool
Agora by announcing the wrong method (e.g. saying "with support" when
the method is w/o objection, in the hopes that no-one would realize
and object). So even if there's only one way in the rules to initiate
the election, the method must be unambiguous and clearly specified in
the intent.  FALSE.
