Argh, forgot to do this before distributability deadline. Having
received no objections, I make "fix ancient cards" distributable.
Ok, I think the power-fix is being voted on; coppro fixed salaries,
the above fixes several cards; veto fix is being voted on.
1. BobTHJ, did you actually propose a fix for the "increase your
voting limit" card?
2. I think that's all the bugs I've seen actually pointed out (or
caught myself). More? (looking for basic functionality fixes
here, obviously there will be subtle scams y'all will keep to
yourselves).
