I vote conditionally as follows. If C-walker does not transfer any cards to any other player with the sole purpose of influencing eir vote in this decision, then I endorse C-walker. Otherwise, if coppro does not transfer any cards to any other player with the sole purpose of influencing eir vote in this decision, then I endorse coppro. Othwerwise, I vote PRESENT.
