I publish an NoV alleging that Yally did not publish a PSM's report last 
week, thereby committing the Class-2 Crime of Tardiness in violation of 
Rule 2143.

I initiate an election for Power Station Manager. I nominate myself for 
Power Station Manager.

I don't really want the job, as I've got enough work to do already, but 
I'd rather that someone do it.
