Yes. I withdraw the above proposal. Also, CoE on the most recent ATC's report. Murphy should have one more prop and coppro one fewer, as I attempted to add a prop transfer (on 07 Nov) that I had missed previously, though it already self-ratified to not have happened. Admitted. I transfer a prop from myself to ais523 for catching this mistake.
