As PSM, it's my opinion that your previous attempt to award ergs and
capacitors failed because you did not cite which cases you intended to
gain ergs from and which capacitors. Although you have some ergs, you
don't have enough to destroy everyone's ergs, so this fails due to
ambiguity.
I disagree and in any case, the original (blocked for moderation)
message made it quite explicit. As a result: CoE against the PSM's
report: I have far more ergs than that and also my attempted actions
succeeded rather than failed.
