If my VL should happen to go up before the end of the voting period, they will stand. But just to make sure this doesn't run afoul of default assumptions that I cast a number of ballots equal to by VL: I HEREBY cast 20 ballots of PRESENT for each decision in its voting period (some or all of these ballots may be invalid). As to why I'm switching to present: I'm voting tactically, but with a VL of 0 I don't feel obliged to be bothered to share my present tactics, except that if I miss a later change, present is better than what I had before. -G.
