The judicial system is pretty important. It used to be more important; we've had a significant shift over time from ambiguous text, clarified via precedent, to unambiguous text, amended if a potential issue is found; and CFJ 2909 is a pretty good, although unusual, trophy of the latter as it's been a little over a week and the question is basically moot; and, well, my intent to appeal the judgement of that CFJ was pretty disjointed and not the most eloquent thing I've written in this game; but it does contain a direct question and an intent to appeal and the question was not answered and nobody either supported or argued against the appeal.
I was going to deregister, but if I did that I'm quite sure that in a week I would want to register again, considering the activity surge; less than a week only because the dictatorship escalation I've been having so much fun with does not require my playerhood. I do like this game very much. I don't really want to write a long message about this, because I'm tired, and also out of spite, considering that I already wrote a long message. I could submit a proposal; something like repeal rule 217 or remove ", past judgements", but I think it would be voted down. You could say I'm in a position of considerable disadvantage. So I'll just twiddle a line of CotC's report. I lie down.
