I submit the following proposal to the ruleskeepor: In order to demonstrate their committment to justice, all standing judges are required to wear a sword at all times. Any player required to wear a sword found not to be wearing a sword may be given an on the spot fine of 5 points. This fine may not be applied more than once per day.
