I assume Mongor. Recent CFJs have determined that Rule 2386 "Belligerence" fails to define the term "Marine", and that no marines, as defined in Rule 2376 "Props", are units; I'm interpreting all this as meaning that Marines, as defined by Rule 2386, simply do not exist.
