If I'm not a player, I register. If I'm not active, I become active. I object to any/all intents to deregister/deactivate me. I vote PRESENT on all decisions currently in their voting periods.
Regarding ais523's proposal to change quorum, I suggest retaining a minimum of "5 or the number of active players, whichever is less".
