Let's CFJ this /now/ before Wooble claims this broke the game forever later. This message is intended to be a public message. This paragraph serves to clearly label it as a public message. (If there are no players, it has vacuously been sent to all players. If the only player is Wooble, the explicit To: line handles that case as well.) I register. CFJ: I am the only player. Arguments: Because rule 1586 was repealed, amendments to rule 869 cause the new Citizenship switch to be a distinct entity to the old Citizenship switch (especially because the definitions are different). Thus, the adoption of proposal 7614 left all persons with their Citizenship switches at default values, i.e. Unregistered. -- ais523
