I note the text of CFJ 1263 is as follows: "Any message expressing a clear desire or intent to register as a Player counts as a request for registration, whether or not it is explicitly phrased in the manner stipulated by the rules."
I intend this sentence to be interpreted by all players as a sentence that meets the description laid out by CFJ 1263.
