I know there's some talk of wider Estate fixes, but this fixes one of the issues and also gives Agora something to do with the Stamps it's accruing.

I submit the following proposal. title: Asset Auctions ai: 2 author: nichdel co-authors: Amend 'Estate Auctions' by renaming it 'Auctions', by replacing the first paragraph with: Once a week, while there is not already an Auction in progress, and while Agora owns at least one Asset that is not shinies, the Surveyor can and SHALL put one Asset Agora owns, that is not shinies, up for auction by announcement. Each auction ends seven days after it begins. and by amending the third paragraph by replacing "the auctioned Estate" with "the auctioned Asset".
