Pursuant to CFJ 3853, Jason did commit the Class-4 Crime of Uncertain
Certification. I will attempt to impose a fine of 4 blots, consistent
with the base value, because this was an abuse of official power but had
no significant impacts on others.

As referee, I hereby indict the Honorable Jason for the Class-4 Crime of
Uncertain Certification, specifying a fine of 4 blots. E should be
convicted because e was found by an unbiased judge to have committed the
act in question and benefited materially from the crime.

Jason, please submit a defence.

G., you will need to initiate the decisions, but you can't yet, so hold
on until the Fixes pass.
