It's come to my attention that I don't have any Pendants and therefore any of my attempts to (legally) pend proposals have failed. I do however have 2 Legislative Cards and nch has one.
I use codependents to act on nch's behalf to transfer 1 legislative card from em to myself. I then transmute my 3 legislative cards into 6 pendants, I then transfer 3 pendants to nch. I use 1 of my pendants to pend the proposal I wrote in the proposal pool with a long name that proposed to repeal the rule "Official Injustice" -- >From R. Lee
