Amend Rule 2574 by replacing the list item beginning "If a player
possesses more than one" with the following:

- If a player possess more than one talisman for persons other than
emself, specify and transfer one of those talismans to Agora;
}
For each ongoing auction in which a lot is a talisman that no longer
belongs to Agora: withdraw all bids in it, terminate it, destroy it, and
revoke all obligations and authorizations associated with it.
