I propose the following amendment to obstructive pooling:

Add the following two paragraphs to the contract's provisions:
"Shards are a currency. If at least 1 shard exists, a party CAN transfer 1
Voting Card from this contract to emself by paying a fee of P shards, where
P is the number of shards that exist. When a party does so, this paragraph
is removed from the contract's provisions."
"Any party CAN Floop by announcement. When e does so, each party to this
contract gains 1 shard, and then this paragraph is removed from the
contact's provisions."
