I'm surprised Agora hasn't done chess yet, so I submit the following

The rules of chess are taken to be the ones from the following link:
https://chess.org/rules

The rules of agorachess are the rules of chess, except our rules takes
precedence over any conflict.

The rules of agorachess remove these phrases from the rules of chess:
- Most drawn games are draws by agreement based upon the rules.
- A position is said to be a draw (or a drawn position) if either player
can, through correct play, eventually force the game into a position
where the game must end in a draw, regardless of the moves made by
  the other player.
- 2. Timed Games
- Games can be played with a time-limit by setting a move time when
creating a new game.
- In timed games each player has a certain amount of time available for
deciding which
moves to make, and the time remaining for each player decreases only when
it is
  their turn to move.
- — either player may resign if the situation looks hopeless
- draw by agreement,

A move follows algebraic chess notation, which is described by appendix C
of the following link:
https://handbook.fide.com/chapter/E012023

A record of moves is a list of moves that alternate between white making
the move, and black making the move, and inserted before each pair of moves
is an incrementing integer, followed by a period starting at "1." This
definition shall allow for the example game given in appendix C to be a
valid record of moves.

Enact "Agorachess Play" with power=1.0 and the text:

If there is not currently an agorachess game hasn't ended, any player can,
by announcement, present an empty record of moves to start an agorachess
game, and may optionally include a representation of the current agorachess
chessboard.

If a player has not done so in the past 6 days, e can, by announcement,
make one agorachess move, by announcement of an updated record of moves
with one additional, valid move, and e may optionally include a
representation of the current agorachess chessboard.

When a player makes a valid move that checkmates either side, any player can
increase that player's score by 5 and end the agorachess game by
announcement.

An agorachess game can end with agoran consent.
