I withdraw the proposal title Stamp Specialization v1.1. The more I try to tweak certain elements of it, the more I believe how Stamps (and possibly how all assets) are defined should be improved first, otherwise it'll be quite kludgy. I'm hoping to get that done soon, but for now this isn't ready to be voted on.
