I read this as one cleaning intent, and I don't think it can be
interpreted as two. So, if this does work, all of these changes happen
simultaneously, rather than the "Weekly" changes happening after the
"Monthly" changes.
This is potentially a problem, since you explicitly wrote "then" rather
than "and". I think this probably works, since it probably fulfills the
"by announcement" requirement and Rule 2221 collapses it down to a
single change.
So, I'm going to record this as if it worked, but just noting this
question for the future.
