I announce my intent to clean the following rules without objection (3 separate
intents here):
Rule 2221 (Cleanliness and Tidy Filing) by changing ".." to "." (at the end of
the first paragraph)
Rule 2438 (Ribbons) by changing "vacation.," to "vacation," (in the Cyan ribbon)
Rule 2578 (Fungibility) by changing "entities" to "entity's"
Also, rule 2029 (Town Fountain)'s annotation says "obilgation". Rule 2221
doesn't cover annotations, and the annotation in question isn't one of the ones required
by rule 1681 (The Logical Rulesets), so I think we can just change it.
