On proposal 9344, I vote to ENDORSE the Absurdor. [It seems to me that, per rule 2127, if the Absurdor has not voted (or it's indeterminate whether the Absurdor has voted), then the above resolves to PRESENT, and I need to *change* it if I want to vote otherwise.
