Several of the terms that you define are already used to define the behaviour of artificial entities, rather than only to constrain player actions. Or do you intend that they only have the formal meaning when capitalised?
You should add "MANDATORY" as an alternative for "MUST". Also, these alternative terms are not actually synonyms, as they have different grammar from the main term. -zefram
