Oh, I just remembered another precedent which supports part of your
analysis: some years ago KoJen posted an announcement along the lines of
"I hereby perform every action that it is possible for me to take in
Agora, simultaneously.".  I don't think there was a CFJ, but everyone
treated it as invalid.  There was a similar case where someone posted a
C program that was intended to output an infinite number of character
strings in a deterministic order (although technically it invoked
undefined behaviour), and the poster said that e was performing an
infinite number of actions as indicated by the output of that program.
That too was treated as invalid.
