*skims logs* This points out a loophole in the protectorate concept,
namely that Agora cannot rescue a protectorate from an error that
destroys its protectorate-ness:
It must also have rules or other gamestate arranged such that
any protective decree proclaimed by the ambassador will take
full effect upon proclamation.
IRCN's desire for protectorate status was evidently motivated by an
error that replaced each word in the rules with "A Suffusion of
Yellow". How /did/ y'all bail yourselves out of that one, anyway?
(Rishonomic replaced most/all of their numbers with "ASoY", but they
didn't completely give up until another error continuously awarded all
players an infinite number of wins, or something.)
