a) The rules explicitly authorize the performer to perform the
action by a set of one or more of the following methods:
1) Without N Objections:
defaults N=1 and D=4
minimums N>=1 and D>=4
2) With N Supporters:
defaults N=1 and D=0
minimums N>=1 and D>=0
3) With N Agoran Consent:
defaults N=1 and D=4
minimums N>=1 and D>=4
4) With D (Days) Advanced Notice:
defaults N=1 and D=4
no minimums
Overriding the default values of N and D is secured at power
1; if multiple default values apply, then the highest one
takes precedence. Overriding the minimum values of N and D is
secured at power 3.
