DIS: [IADoP] A Quick Poll

I'm just wondering what the majority of people would prefer as far as
initiating elections and other IADoP actions - should I distribute them as
soon as they can or should I wait and make distributions weekly? The first
option will resolve the decisions faster but the second decision may get
more people to vote, which is important as many elections are failing quorum
at the moment.
